I love my Genesis!
15 years ago, I needed money. I loaded up my Sega Genesis into the car, drove to the local pawn shop, and unloaded it for a few sheckles. That ranks as one of the worse decisions I have ever made.
Flash forward to today, when my new-to-me Genesis arrived in the mail. Even after almost 20 years, the Genesis ranks up there as one of the greatest gaming consoles ever. The graphics are top notch, the sounds are amazing... and that controller still feels comfortable and easy to use. And, with a kick ass collection of games, the Genesis can still offer some gaming fun. Sonic... Earthworm Jim... Mortal Kombat... they're all game classics at this point.
In conclusion, I urge everyone (who is able) to go out and get a Sega Genesis. Hell... get 2 or 3. You won't regret it.
