Great pain relief!
My wife uses it as needed for aches and pain. It definitely helps her more than the heating pad because it warms up areas below the skin where the pain generation is.

Whoops!!
The product arrived then opened to find that one of them had been broken during shipment. In my opinion it appeared to have insufficient packing material to keep the two Candlestick holders separated from each other. There was one piece of bubble wrapping used, small bubbles, and a few sheets of thin paper also put in supposedly to protect then candlestick holders.
