No Difference
3 of 3 found this helpful I didn't notice any Difference in my skin. I took it as directed 3x per day on an empty stomach. However there were no side effects it's possible that it doesn't work on darker skin tones

Sleep Aid

Restful sleep
These can either be taken with or without water, they offer a peaceful rest full sleep with no annoying side effects. Works great for me
