Works great, excellent service.
1 of 1 found this helpful The gateway connected to my MyQ openers and worked just like it should. When I first tried to set it up it said that it was registered to another account. I called the service line, was on hold just a few minutes, and the service rep told me how to reset the gateway. He then stayed on the line to walk me through the setup for both doors (about 10 minutes) and everything is working great. The service rep then went on to give me other ideas on how to utilize the features of the app.
The gateway works as expected and the service was excellent. Highly recommend if you want remote access for your garage door(s), alerts if opened, left opened, or want a scheduled opening.
