great for numbness in your hands
i have pinched nerves in both elbows. by using these braces while I sleep, I don't wake up at night with my hands so numb you can hardly move them. it would normally take about an hour for the numbness to stop, with the braces the numbness is no there. I would definitely recommend purchasing this product.
