Would buy this again. There are many inferior models available.
This GPS holder is far easier to use than the twist-on holder that came with the device. It survived the first trip on which I used it, but I do not plan to use it again for a while. I cannot give it 5 stars because the real test of its worth will be longevity, which remains to be seen. I have already worn out three other GPS holders of various designs over several years.

Good value but one undesirable feature.
1 of 1 found this helpful There is an unexpected aspect of this device that serves no purpose, and in fact is undesirable. There is a red LED in the male module that drains off a little battery power whenever it is plugged in. If I ever have time to tinker with that I will remove it.

Did not do the job for me
This device removed more of the fibers of the fabric than it did the unwanted fur and lint. Maybe it work better for different types of garments but don't try to use it on wool.
