it was good and solid but I returned it

lengthy pliable exercise mat
1 of 1 found this helpful it came in three foot box ,it was expedite delivery , laid it out that night after un rolling the mat, had to put weight on both ends so it wouldn't bend back up . the next day it was fine ,i put a total gym machine on it and have been using it eversince . the mat protected my rug and floors from my workouts . I recommend it for anyone to use it's pliable,soft and will protect your floors or rugs . the mat about seven and a half feet by three and a half feet ,long enough and wide enough for internal use
