A pleasant surprise
I have dry, dehydrated skin without acne or oiliness. Tend to have allergic reactions to some ingredients that result in redness. Especially natural products, flowers etc. so I was sceptical about this oil. It feels nice on my skin and doesn't seem to irritate it in the least. Smells of citrus but fortunately not too strongly. Overall good choice.

Doesn't irritate skin

The cleanser is gentle and feels calming on the skin. At first had to get used to the weird smell (kind of medical) but now I can't detect it anymore.

Probably OK for most people

This cream is one of those cases - don't know which ingredient is the culprit but my skin got irritated by something in this. My bf who has completely normal skin had the same reaction. However, the whip cleanser Soon Jung by the same brand is completely fine.
