Design could be improved

It is about what I expected for the money. It works reasonably well, but the roller that rests on the sharpening stone is a little narrow and it tends to tilt from side-to-side too readily.

Refurbished Product Does Not Work Properly

When the refurbished product arrived, it was sloppily packed, rattling around in an oversized carton. After charging for 24 hours, I tried to use it. It would run for several minutes, then shut off. After repeated tries and the same frustrating results, I requested a return authorization.
