Bone induction products are better than these
This is one size fits few. They fall out if I jump or even when I chew food.
Sound quality is not what I would expect from Sony brand
If you need to hear your surroundings while listening to music, it might be fine. I bought it to play my Nintendo Switch and ride my bike. Both situations where I would like to hear my surroundings. Sound quality is too poor for the switch and game sounds and I listen to audiobooks on my bike. Both are bad experiences.
