Hard to find !!
I am extremely happy with the English to Chinese medical dictionary because my wife was going through a Nursing course and she is from China, so she doesn't understand all written English, this book was a big help for her to understand (somewhat) the medical meanings and terminology she needed to pass her course!
This was a hard book to find, most searches I tried just found online translations, when I looked on ebay I found this book and was very happy to find it and with the usefullness it provided!!

MJ's music videos (movies)
I love that they really are the most popular videos he has, I love pretty much anything Michael Jackson has done, but this is definately one for your collection!! I enjoy watching them over and over!!

Brace when needed
The brace is what my wife needed for tennis elbow, but pharmacies or department stores didn't carry the small size.
