Great Strainer
This strainer is awesome. It catches all the food particles that could potentially clog our house pipes, which was becoming a once a year occurrence. I used to have to run the disposal once every time I did a load of dishes. Now I haven't had to run the disposal since putting in the strainer. It catches just the right amount. Most of the food particles come out easily when I shake it out in the trash. It also looks pretty high end for the purpose it serves. I wish I didn't have to use it but our house pipes are old and have lots of corrosion restricting their flow, making them sensitive to food particles, even when we used the disposal. If you are in the same boat, get this strainer. It's also nice for making sure silverware and other small kitchen tools don't go in your disposal. It's nice not having to reach in the disposal to check if there's anything down there before running it.
