Not suitable for real sleep issues
0 of 1 found this helpful Was hoping this would help with my sleep issues, had an exam so I woke up early the day before, didn't have any caffeine and had 2 of these cockroach looking, stinky pills before bed and ended up with even less sleep than usual. Very disappointed in this product, I won't be buying Swisse products again.
