Coconut coir
2 of 3 found this helpful Yes I do like th coconut coir I chose..I was hesitant at 1st, there’s so many choices to choose from but I made a good choice & will order from here agin..wen soaked, it feels real nice & has a very nice texture to it..

For several reasons I am happy w th choice that I made ..
1 of 1 found this helpful I like th mixture of several “super foods” together..th price reasonable for this product..also that it’s in capsules, easier, less “messy”, for me to take out & deal w for daily use..it is also to feed, share w my microscopic aquatic creatures..open a capsule, take some out, put th capsule back tgether again..I believe it stays fresher & more potent longer this way..Is on my “buy again” list..will purchase this product again..
