Bob Gibson's - Best Bar-B-Q ever!
I'm from Hartselle, AL and now live in Wisconsin. Bob Gibson's is in Decatur, AL, just a few miles north of Hartselle so I've eaten there more times than I can count and I promise you Bob Gibson's is the absolute best ever! I crave it and sure wish they'd open one in Brown Deer, WI! When I discovered they had put out a cook book I couldn't have been happier except having a huge plate of Bob Gibson's Bar-B-Q in front of me while I read through this cook book! A must have for every kitchen!
