Great machine

Finally replaced an old pressure cooker with this instant pot and it’s amazing. It’s more walk away than instant but that’s what I love about it. I’m ready to try the yoghurt maker next week. So far I’ve made quite a few recipes. Using the instant pot you need to find Your own settings. I’ve mostly used either low pressure or high then set the time manually and then thought if it needed more time, I did a slow release rather than a quick release. Lots of recipes are available on line. Used the sauté function works well and saves using another pot.
