comfortable, I would not buy these if I had seen them in person. The on/off switch is tiny (microscopic) and the words "on" off" will soon fade from the shiny plastic, so it may become a little mysterious. I thought these were fast-charging, but the manual says it takes 4 hours to fully charge.

Not so much for hot summers

It works initially but if I sweat, it really doesn't help. So I guess it's only for sedentary people who stay indoors, or cool temps.

useless

Perhaps this needs instructions because in comparison to the silicone bandages from the drugstore, it didn't stay on for well at all, nor would it cling to the skin again once you removed it. I thought it would work out to be less expensive than the store brands but unless there is some way to stretch it out, it's small. For me, a complete waste.
