Dr. Who
I absolutely love Dr. Who. I remember trying to watch it as a child and not understanding what was happening on the screen. The new series, as well as Torchwood have both rekindled the fire and I now enjoy them so much. The concept of the character being able to change is fantastic and leaves open a whole list of possibilities.
The writing is clever, sharp and adult. The pacing is fast and keeps your interest all the way through. American television has become so pat and juvenile that it's hard to watch even the "good" shows without being able to guess the ending within the first ten minutes.
I like that the actors don't let their egos get in the way of the show. Billie Piper is hot without having to show all her "bits". She neither carries a purse nor runs in high heels and her chemistry with Christopher Eccelston really works. These are characters you can and want to like.
I want to own all of the episodes and Torchwood too.

Pens are a little dry. Any ideas on "punching" up the color without damaging them? Not sure if water would be a good thing to do to them.

Child of Rage
Excellent story line. Should be called "Children of Rage", though. I got it to complete the set. It is to be a gift and I want the entire story so the giftee can read it at their leisure.
