Great picture but

The picture quality is outstanding, therefore the 5 star rating. But there are odd things that just seem to pop up like Netflix not starting, Bose Soundbar 900 powering off, voice and lip movement out of sync, TV channels not showing up, etc. In fairness, after the last cutomer service call, the latest firmware version shown available was not the latest. After downloading the files and uploading, the Netflix issue has gone away. So it has been an ongoing experience.
