Not tarte at all..... Whatever it is it doesn't cover anything.
1 of 1 found this helpful This item cannot be tarte shape tape! This product in this bottle that says tarte is definitely not tarte because tarte actually covers my dark circles!
I am not trying to assume anything but this product is not the same as the exact one I purchased from the store.......
This product in the bottle is basically like a colored water with flour to make it thick
