Mind blowing
1 of 1 found this helpful As the daughter of a narcissistic mother, I have struggled all of my life with self esteem, confidence, relationships, and even my own abilities as a parent. This book helped me realize what I really went through as a child and the damaging effects that had been left. This book is amazingly written and the author speaks from personal experience making it that much easier for her to relate to you. I would recommend this book to anyone who grew up with a mother like this. It will help you understand yourself better and help you understand your mother better as well.
