excellent
its power is absolute. superb design is easy to use and not clunky. So far it is reliable with no issues. Hopefully that stays that way for a few years.

Garbage
Nobody seems to be able to put out a decent mop! Every year the quality seems to decline, this product is no exception. Handle and twist mechanism is fine, but the flimsy cheap mop head is pure junk. It’s like doll hair. So disappointed!
