  I hope that the seller is ok since they are so highly rated. I ordered an item on 11/9, payment went through immediately but, in spite of 2 inquiries on (I think) 11/13 and 11/15 asking for an update, I have still not gotten any update; all that is shown is that item is awaiting shipment. It seems to be out of character so I hope all is ok, just a simple mistake.
