Stroller tire
Fit on with a little nudging. Fills the tire space. Wheels roll smoothly. No noticeable difference in weight. Once on it's hard to tell the difference between an air inner tube and the inserts. Except I don't have to worry about leaving the stroller in the cold and getting flats.

Fit my britax st egg stroller
Stroller kept getting flats. Put these in. Rolls like a tire full of air. Getting them on can be a challenge. But if you can change a tube you can do this. They fit the sizes perfectly. So lightweight I couldn't tell the difference.
