  Largest shaker box of the set (6), received a large split on the bottom/side during shipping due to insufficient packaging with only one thin sheet of foam around the box inside the package. I sent pictures of the shaker box damage as well as outer package, seller was unwilling to refund part of purchase price (“Why should I do that?” Was his response); he suggested I call Shaker Workshops to see about a repair, which will require additional expense for me, if they are even willing repair it.

  These accusations are inaccurate to say the least. I had several communications w/buyer in order to gather info to make a claim to the Post Office as is evident in our messages back & forth. I called buyer to see what she wanted me to do to make this right & she said she wanted a refund( not a partial refund). I did say why would I do that as it was the Post Offices fault for the damage. Also why did it take several days to bring this to my attention. Something is fishy w/ this buyer. Beware!
