Excellent movie
Very engaging trama. I am a teacher and sometimes just like the main character us teachers face ethical challenges which at times don’t always turn out for the best it seems.

The Virgin Diet
I have learned so much about good nutrition from many sources and so far this book has been the best. I have followed some the recommendations about cutting sugar and cabohidrates from my regular diet and the results have been amazing. I lost 13 pounds, I feel more energetic and lighter.
