Very good concentration of potassium iodide.
1 of 1 found this helpful Ionic Minerals has taken the lead in potassium iodide supplements. This product gives good safe concentrations potassium iodide surpassing the possibility of over dosing yourself (if you follow the daily recommendations).

One Is The Loneliest Number
1 of 1 found this helpful Another drugs, sex and rock and roll tell all. This one written by Three Dog Night's keyboardist Jimmy Greenspoon. This is the second Three Dog Night biography I've read. The first was "Three Dog Nightmare" by one of the Three lead singers, Chuck Negron. Both books go into detail about the seamy side of rock stardom (drugs and sex being the main theme). Both books tell of riches to rags stories all too common in the music industry, but Greenspoon's book goes further back into his past, giving a good perspective of his home life and upbringing. Both books are a bit depressing as they fixate on the bottomless pit that drugs can lead to if one is given to uncontrollable usage. I enjoyed the looks behind the scenes in both books. I saw Three Dog Night in Eugene Oregon opening for Steppenwolf before their "big" first concert at Portland, Oregons Colliseum. This was before their first album had been released and we all loved the bands performance. I remember rushing to the record stores afterward only to be told that the album wasn't out yet. I still think that first album was their best.

That Thing You Do- Directors Cut
I enjoyed the standard cut of "That Thing You Do" very much. So much that I was left wanting to see more of the movie. So I was thrilled when The Directors Cut became available. And I wasn't disappointed. The added scenes actually make the continuity of the film even stronger. I would've released the film with the deleted scenes. There is more character foundation and it seems to make more sense, which is testament to fine writing and directing. You won't be dissatisfied. There is also an extra DVD with music videos, cast reunions, mini documentaries, and trailers, all worth watching!
