Parts Unlimited Custom Fit Snowmobile Cover LM-1075

Good quality cloth, fits nice, but.....

As the title says, this cover is good material, and it fits well, however four of the six tie down straps with hooks don't secure properly. These straps are two piece. One piece with a "lock tab" (for lack of a better description) hangs from the cover. Its mate is a strap with a hook on one end and the other end a free strap that weaves through the "lock tab". The hook straps don't lock into the lock tab. When under tension the straps just pull free. I have knotted the two straps together which makes them unadjustable. If the straps were how they were supposed to be, their tension and length could be adjusted, and the hook end strap would "bite" into the lock tab and secure it when under tension. Due to the strap malfunction I only rate this item a two. If the straps worked properly, it would be a five.
