Mostly a good lock.

Works as advertised, but the cable could be a little heftier. It is pretty thin. Also, when I thread the cable back into the rack tube, it is hard to get back out again. I have to insert it only part way. This setup will only discourage casual theft. A hacksaw could cut the bolt holding the rack in a few minutes or less allowing the theft of the whole rack.
