Fits a Quadrajet Perfectly
Looks like a direct copy of the discontinued GM unit. Well made with engineered stiffening flanges and ribs pressed into the bracket.

Fits Great in 1967 -1972 GM Trucks
6 of 6 found this helpful Fits perfect under seat of 1967 to 1972 C10 and C20 trucks. These trucks have little room, to this is a reasonable solution unless you want to relocate the gas tank. Does clear the seat adjustment cable and will mount front to back or side to side.
Not a kicker, but if you only have 6.5" speakers, will add the missing lows nicely. I'd compare it to the bass expected from 6x9 speakers, maybe a little lower.
Quality is about the same as most of them. These are all made in China, and this style is made in the same China factory. The difference is the CV uses a 2-ohm speaker for twice as much punch as the other brands.
I mounted it under the passenger seat and put the bass level knob on the transmission tunnel. With the knob in this location, it is out of view, but easy to reach. Power wire is 12 AWG GXL, coming from an auxiliary fuse block mounted next to the original. Radio is a low grade brand that I won't mention. Front speakers are Pioneer 3-way, A-series mounted in ABS kick panels. System sounds just fine for a truck.
Hope this helps you guys. Keep on Truckin'!!!
