Increased my strength rapidly
1 of 1 found this helpful I purchased this even though I was skeptical of whether this stuff would work. And I gotta tell ya, it definitely did its job. I started going to the gym 6 days a week with a max bench press of 135 pounds (I weigh 135) in two weeks I was up to 170. I felt like I was definitely getting stronger within the first 5 days of use. Its a real bang for your buck too. Its gonna be hard to find 500g of this stuff anywhere else. All I gotta say is that if your serious about getting into the gym and wanna hop on the creatine wave, then this should be your choice. Good luck to all of you, and stay in the gym.
