Replacement screens don't work

The old lint screens fit way better. The new ones are too thick where they rest on screen frame which makes them too tall where they can grab draw strings and clothes. There is absolutely no lint in my dryer, but the new screens don't fit correctly and I've tried 2 of them. Fix your old one if you can, the new ones are nearly worthless.
