This IS the Last One You'll Ever Buy.

This is one of the most outstanding items I've purchased, here or anywhere. You do have to find a very smooth surface to mount it to (which can be challenging in today's cars), but once it's there, it becomes part of your movements when you get in and out of the car. Quick snap on and off; like you're just picking it up or putting it down.

Mary Poppins, Practically Perfect in Every Way

This is a brilliant windshield mounting. You have to properly apply the metal plate to the outside of your phone's case for it to work perfectly, but that's part of a proper installation. The suction cup has a very effective adhesive that works in conjunction with the shape lever for tightening to the surface. The vinyl disk for attaching to a dash or another surface, I've never used. I just jump in the car, pop my phone against it and I'm ready to go. It has a very low visual profile, so it's 'leavable' if you use a windshield shade or aren't using your phone. I'm getting ready to purchase my fourth, to give to my father.

The base materials are not up to the task. The chemical compound needs to be more rubber. The foam floats on the drums and is subject to static electricity. Price matches the product, but you'll be buying more and that's why I won't buy it again.
