Normal Back - not for tall people
It's not high back. I am 6'2" and the top of the back digs in to my shoulder blades. The head rest comes up far enough but since the chair does not recline at all you can't use it unless you want to be looking at the ceiling. If it wasn't a hassle for me at this point I would definitely be returning.
Assembly was easy, quality seems decent.
Wouldn't recommend if you're tall.
