Dependable, Rugged Good Looks
2 of 2 found this helpful This is my second Invicta watch. Due to allergies, I have had to be very careful to only wear watches that are totally stainless steel -- this is what led me to Invicta. My job as a firefighter means I work in challenging situations where the watch is subjected to high heat, lots of water and plenty of sweat and dirt. Other watches I've had couldn't stand up to the rigors of my work. My first Invicta worked so well that I decided to buy another. After several years, one of the rivets in the bracelet of my first Invicta failed, so I bought this Grand Diver to have as a back-up. I've liked it so much that my original Invicta is now my back-up. My experience is that Invicta provides an excellent value. They are rugged, dependable and good-looking.

Fantastic Lantern
This lantern is smaller than I expected and that is a very good thing. We take it camping and space is at a premium. It produces a lot of light, but the frosted plastic "globe" does a nice job of keeping the bright light from hurting our eyes. We also enjoy having the option of red light when we want a faster adjustment from light to dark. It works well and is of high quality (as expected from Streamlight).

Tough Fit
I bought this because the original filters for my furnace as well as the Honeywell substitute are no longer manufactured. This is sold as a direct replacement, but I had to really work to get this thing in my furnace. The old ones slid right in and would suck themselves into proper position, but this was a nightmare. Hopefully I can find something that actually works so I don't have to buy any more of these.
