Not thrilled
The container of product I received is very old and possible expired, so the product itself doesn't work very well to style my hair (as it has from other bottles that I've used in the past). The pump on the bottle is also faulty so it's very hard to use. And when the product arrived, it had leaked all over the mailing envelope, which was not only a mess, but also makes me wonder how much product was "lost" in transit.
