The Complete Tales of Winnie-the-Pooh

Amazing purchase
Having raised my boys past and through this book, I donated prior to a 500 plus mile move. Then, we gained 2 more children. Little children, who had not met Pooh and Christopher Robin! So, I went on my own adventure to find this glorious collection that we had once owned as a family. I visited my local library and my local used book store to no avail. Upon finding it on ebay for half the price of new (with shipping added in) I jumped on purchasing it. I was a little warry of the shape it might arrive in. Imagine how surprised I was, when it came with dust jacket intact and beautiful ribbon marker there, just like brand new. If every ebay purchase were as happy as this one! "Life is a journey to be experienced, not to be solved."

Very good value, happy with purchase
This book arrived faster than expected. I formerly owned a copy of this exact book and had donated it after my own boys outgrew it. Then, I gained another set of children and the need for the classic set of stories that I had loved as a child. I found this copy on ebay and purchased it for a reasonable price. There was no dust cover, but that was fine. The original gift inscription was in the inside and I thought that made it quite magical. Made me recall my own original copy that had been given to my son, 20 some years before. The book is perfect and the artwork is timeless. We are once again enjoying Mrs. Potter's tales of her forest friends.
