Actual oem
Still had to have dealer program but worked perfectly . My armada has to have computer hooked up in order to program .

great chair
Wife was having problems with her legs having to be sitting all day for her job. Not any more she says it really made a difference in her leg circulation and her back. She is a RN with Blue Cross Blue Shield and as a case manager she has to sit all day for patient phone calls and this chair helped tremendously !!
