Extremely glitchy, don't pay for a huge headache!!

I thought this was a good buy, low price for a phone with 16gb. Saw some bad reviews but I figured they were just expecting too much, after all it is a cheap phone. I got it and am returning it after about a week of aggravation. There were many glitches and annoying issues that made my experience with this phone bad. The screen has something weird about it that makes it get dirty and smudged much more than any other phone I've had, strangely there is no calculator app preloaded, I was not able to make or receive calls or texts and even after dealing with tech support for hours it only was fixed enough to work at random times otherwise calls out don't go thru and say "calling..." forever with no dialing, same with hanging up it says "hanging up..." forever but never actually does, I had to restart the phone in order to end calls.The phone takes a long time to start up. Battery lost charge surprisingly fast for not being able to do anything. Other than that it's what I would have expected from a cheaper phone. I'll be spending the extra money next time for something that actually works.
