A few design flaws
The activation button is located where you pick up the device causing inadvertent redials and hang ups when you adjust when in your ear. The noise cancellation is poor, I did not think this would be an issue but background noise instantly becomes a problem when you use this device. For example turning on the water to wash dishes is very loud and distracting for the other person. It does have good range and is clear in a quiet environment.
