helps while sleeping. helps some with hot flashes.
Helped with hot flashes but did not completely stop them. Doctors don't realize how hot flashes work on your nerves. Then, they want to put you on anti-depressants. Just give me my Estradiol!!! You must take Estroven every day about the same time or you will start having awful hot flashes immediately. I am 71 yrs old and still suffer from hot flashes bc I had hysterectomy at early age. Thx!
