GE Ice Maker Refrigerator Freezer Icemaker Kit IM6D

Easy!

The ice maker kit comes with a variety of pieces to retrofit to most freezers. My freezer had no existing ice maker. I ran a water line (not included) and installed the new ice maker in about an hour. Minimal tools are needed for the installation. Of note, since I don't make a habit of reading instructions, it takes the ice maker a few hours to acclimate. I finished the project at about 8 p.m. and the first ice dumped into the container at around 6 a.m. the next morning.
