Inexpensive storage/ organizer unit.

Good inexpensive storage. However, be careful assembling. Do NOT try to move the unit until fully assembled. If you do it will collapse and the dowels will snap. We failed to see this warning in the directions and we damaged our unit. But we did get it put together and we can use it as is.

Intex 24ft x 12ft x 52in Ultra XTR Rectangular Pool, Filter, Vacuum, & Skimmer

Affordable Pool, Exceptional Quality

We found this Intex 24’x12’ XTR pool to be an awesome deal. It included the sand filter pump, skimmer, and pool vacuum, ground cloth, debris cover, and a ladder. Our previous Intex 24’ round pool lasted 7 seasons most of our pool toys that have endured the grandkids use, are also Intex, so we have come to trust the company. The rectangular XTR required 4 people for assembly and set, so it is a bit more complicated than our round pool, but the YouTube videos were a very helpful aid to the printed instructions. We are very impressed with the quality of the liner... 50% thicker than our round pool liner. The vacuum was a very nice perk. Over all, it cleans bottom of the pool well, except for the corners of the pool. The sand filter system is an nice upgrade with this pool kit, too. Old pool had paper filters, which were getting difficult to find by the 7th season. Ladder is typical of most up ground pool kits. Functional, but not sturdy for adult use. we invested in a stronger ladder for our last pool and are using it with the new pool. We do use a salt filter system which we purchased separately... for our climate, and water conditions, it’s absolutely superior to liquid chlorine, and less expensive..though we do use a bit of that for start up each season. We never have a green pool since converting to a salt system. I love our rectangular pool for swimming laps. And though it’s not quite the volume of our 24’ round pool, all of the grandkids think it’s bigger. LOL. We had a family pool party on Fathers’ Day. We had 10 of our grands, mostly teenagers, and five adults in the pool all at the same time. We do recommend this pool.
