They cover the tires .
They fit the tires and look great . As for now they seems to be a great product because of the reflective material will keep the tires from heating up in the summer sun . We will see about how long they will last against the sun in the summer . As for now very happy .

Real strong adhesive
We've been using E6000 for years and it is one of the best adhesives on the market today . Not like super glue it is a slow drying adhesive that sets in 24 hours. You would be amazed at what this adhesive will hold once it sets . I know because I use it almost everyday in my line of work .
