Perfect!
Heats contents quickly. Started with 100 cups cold tap water, got the lot piping hot in an hour and 15 minutes. I'm not a coffee drinker, and the manual specifies to use the urn only for brewing coffee and heating water, but it worked great for hot chocolate. Not sure what--if any--damage or shortened life will result from straying from that guideline, but it worked when I needed it. Disassembles easily for cleaning. No leaks or drips anywhere. Would buy this again in a heartbeat!

Nice option for limited space & budget
I chose this tree for use with real candles, so the more sparse branch population is perfect. That being said, it is very artificial in appearance, but for the price, I can live with that.
