OK but not great espresso machine
I bought it based on strong positive reviews, but it's a bit disappointing so far. After using it for over a week, following directions exactly, watching videos, and practicing to be more adept I find that:
(1) The frother does not create firm foam, but does heat the milk with some bubbles
(2) After tamping down the dry coffee, using an espressoOK,not great grind, the espresso coffee is not very rich, but does make a nice creama. INstead of a hard puck, you get a soupy puck, which is messy.
