New to selling on Ebay but here to sell some extra Lego set from our personal collection to reinvest in other Lego sets of more interest. Nice Intake for 289/302 affordable price.
A deffinate improvement from the last sbc intake I received. No slag, smooth casting with no porosity visible. Now I am hoping fitment on engine/cylinder heads and distributor fitment are as good.........

Better than it looks
I always thought the set was very average especially considering what you have to pay to acquire one! But after having acquired both the original version I ended up buying another original and a legends 2001 version. If you collect Lego Trains this is one of the must haves and is worth every penny! If it was cheaper it would have got a 5 star rating but because of cost and rarity (because of Lego selling it without a controller originally turning most buyers away to sets that did) if you find this set at a reasonable price buy it!!!!

Meh save your money
I had one pulley show up with some deburring scratches that took a bit to blend out and make look normal as well are machined thinner than all others I have seen to the point they look weaker.
