  My experience did not got well. This was my first item to sell on eBay and I didn’t not receive any clear notification the item sold. I didn’t not know it was sold and a dispute was opened. I am being charged $20 now because the item was refunded. I would love to appeal this as it was my first time selling and I feel I was not well informed however I cannot get in contact with eBay easily nor find where to appeal this after an eBay representative told me I would be able to. Very disappointed.

  Dispute was opened after having paid for item but never receiving it and no reply from seller. Later communications led to a relisting of the item and it was purchased without a problem.
