High line, wifi heating/air conditioning thermostat
We use these all the time for remodel or new construction thermostats for heat pumps or gas furnace with air conditioning. They are high quality, have a lot of programable features, and meet California requirements. We can usually find them for less on eBay than at the regular wholesale HVAC distributers.

Quality product for quality installations
These ties are used by out company in place of plastic zip ties to hold wires in place on the racks of roof mounted solar systems. They are many, many times more expensive than plastic zip ties. HOWEVER they last for decades, and the plastic zip ties fail in a few years or less than a decade. If your solar panels are going to last for 25-30years, the wire management should also!! A lot more money, but necessary to do a really good job

not what I expected
These "bulbs" seem sturdy and usable. However the lumens of light output were quite a bit lower than the standard incandescent lamps they were to replace. The light output was too low for me to use them for the intended application, lights in a RV. The price was very inexpensive, but the light output was also very low. I purchased other lights at almost 4 times the price to get the desired light output
