A classic

The classic text book on expository preaching, with an emphasis on finding the "unity of thought" or the "big idea" in a passage. After all the analysis, there must be synthesis for clarity of thought for clarity of communication. This book is used by over 100 colleges and seminaries around the world. In some ways, still prefer this 1st edition, or the 2nd, over the 3rd.
